Privacy
Privacy policy
This policy covers the debugstress.com website. Effective October 30, 2026.
What this site collects
Contact form. When you send the form, your name, email address, company, team size and message go to Formspree, the service that delivers them to our email, along with the page you sent it from and the site that referred you, if any. Please don't include health details about yourself or anyone else. Formspree's own privacy policy describes how it handles submissions.
Phone and email links. Tapping a phone or email link opens your own phone or mail app. If you contact us that way, we receive what you send us.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting server records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels or cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site, so visiting a page does not send your information to a font or image provider.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run any sessions you book. We use server logs to keep the site secure and working.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information. We don't use social media pixels. We don't store form submissions on the website itself.
During sessions
Sessions are not recorded by us. They run on a video platform chosen with your organization, whose own privacy terms apply. Participants aren't asked to share health information. DebugStress sessions are training rather than treatment, so this site isn't the place for clinical information.
Your choices
You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. You can ask what information we hold from a website enquiry, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do so unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under privacy laws such as California's CCPA or the EU and UK GDPR. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. Questions: hello@debugstress.com or (949) 203-5655.
