For People, HR and L&D teams

Corporate stress management workshops, live and online

Give employees practical skills for stress and burnout in a session that's simple to organize, comfortable to attend and led by a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience.

What employees get out of it

Participants learn research-backed tools to recognize, regulate and recover from stress. The techniques include breathwork, grounding and cognitive reframing. They're the kind of skills people can use at work and at home, and keep using long after the session ends.

  • Tools for high-pressure moments. Short breathing and grounding techniques that work at a desk.
  • Earlier awareness. How to notice stress building before it turns into exhaustion or cynicism.
  • Better communication under pressure. Recognizing emotional patterns and handling friction with more clarity and empathy.
  • Take-home practices. Simple stress-busting routines to keep going afterward.

Why it's simple to organize

  • Runs on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or your platform of choice
  • Participants need a device with internet and a microphone. A webcam is encouraged
  • No private room required, so it can happen during business hours from an office
  • Nobody is asked to share detailed personal experiences
  • Sessions are not recorded
  • Worldwide, with flexible hours

What to tell us when you ask for a quote

You don't need a finished brief. These details help us give you a useful answer:

  1. Roughly how many people would attend, and where they're based
  2. What's prompting this now: a reorganization, a crunch, survey results, an awareness month
  3. Whether you're picturing one session or a recurring series
  4. The video platform you'd like to use

How to judge whether it worked

Be wary of anyone who promises a specific drop in turnover from a single session. Burnout has many causes, and a workshop only addresses some of them. A fairer test is to run a short anonymous pulse before and after, asking how stressed people feel, whether they've used a technique, and whether they'd recommend the session to a colleague.

The research on this is genuinely mixed, and we've summarized it honestly here, including the findings that don't flatter programs like ours.

Questions

Questions People and HR teams ask

Is it appropriate for a mixed group of employees and managers?

Yes. Nobody is asked to discuss detailed personal experiences, so the session doesn't put anyone in an awkward position with a colleague or manager.

How is this different from our EAP or mental health benefit?

A benefit supports individuals privately. A workshop teaches a group shared skills. They complement each other, and a workshop can be a natural moment to remind people what your benefit offers.

Is any health information collected?

Participants aren't asked to share health information, and sessions aren't recorded.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is customized based on your company's needs, team size and session frequency. Contact us for a quote.

Can you support global teams?

Yes. We work worldwide with flexible hours. Sessions are in English, and you may provide a translator.

Is this therapy?

No. It's group stress-management training. It doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace individual care.
